Report a problem with a question

In the app, open the question and tap Report a problem. If you write by email instead, include the exam version (v2.0 or v1.1), the topic number and the question id shown with the question in the question bank (such as cn-2101), so we can find it quickly.

Purchases and refunds

Payments are handled by Apple. To restore the lifetime pass, open Settings › Lifetime pass › Restore purchase in the app. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
