Terms of Use
These terms cover the iOS app “CCNA Prep” (the “app”) and this website. For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, including to the in-app purchase.
1. What the app does
The app offers study tools for the Cisco CCNA 200-301 exam, versions v2.0 and v1.1: practice questions with explanations, drag-and-drop tasks, a subnetting drill, mock exams with an estimated score, readiness by domain, a study plan and a mistakes list. It works without an account.
2. Study content
- The questions are original, written by us against Cisco’s published exam topics. They are not real exam questions.
- We work to keep questions and explanations correct, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, report it from the question in the app or write to yozatapps@gmail.com.
- The content is for study. The app does not guarantee that you pass the exam, and the estimated score in a mock exam is not a prediction of your official score.
- Cisco’s official information (exam topics, dates and policies, on cisco.com) takes precedence over anything in the app or on this site.
- The app and this site are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cisco.
3. Free features and the lifetime pass
- Free: the multiple-choice questions of domain 1 (Network Infrastructure and Connectivity), the subnet sprint, daily questions, the mistakes list and readiness.
- Lifetime pass: every domain, the drag-and-drop task trainer and the full mock exam. It is a one-time in-app purchase through the App Store; the price is shown in the app before you buy.
- The lifetime pass is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- On a new device, restore the pass with the same Apple ID in the app’s Settings › Lifetime pass › Restore purchase.
4. Refunds
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple’s policies.
5. Intellectual property
The questions, explanations, design and text of the app and this site belong to YozatApps. Do not copy, redistribute or sell them without permission. Cisco and CCNA are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc., used here only to name the exam the app helps you study for.
6. Acceptable use
Do not extract, copy or republish the question bank, and do not interfere with the normal operation of the app.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, YozatApps is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the app or its content, including the result of an exam. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes and contact
If these terms change, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. Contact: yozatapps@gmail.com
